Develop a spiritual foundation based on daily meditation and spiritual mind treatment/affirmative prayer, and begin to establish a deep center of spiritual realization and peace within. Topics include: Continuing our Journey, Realizing our Oneness, Drawing on the Infinite Reservoir Within, Knowing the Spiritual Truth, Getting Stuck and Getting Free, Embracing the Path, Seeing with Heart and Mind, Trusting Life's Process, Marking our Progress. This class is a prerequisite for Practitioner studies and students must have completed Foundations

ROOTS

10 weeks/cost: $195.00

This class provides an understanding of the historical roots of Ernest Holmes’ philosophy. This understanding brings the student full circle again completely tying together all prior classes from Foundations to the present. Specific emphasis will be given to the works of Thomas Troward, Emma Curtis Hopkins and Ralph Waldo Emerson. Topics include: Natural Principles, Objective and Subjective Mind, The Law, Reciprocal action of the Universal and individual minds, The uses of affirmations and denials, Ernest Holmes and Mysticism. This class counts toward practitioner training as outlined under time limits in the Education Code by GEMS.

SELF-MASTERY: THE EMERGENCE OF THE TRUE SELF

This class focuses on healing the perceived separation between personality and Spirit. Through active exploration of the creative nature of thoughts and feelings, beliefs and emotions, you have an opportunity to gain mastery in the art of living as a conscious, intentional being. Grow in wholeness by venturing beyond the walls of ego-self, into freedom and living in steady awareness that the Spirit within is our True Self. Deepening and strengthening of this awareness, brings growing mastery in the art of living. The purpose of this class is to move beyond the "wishing" stage of utilizing spiritual principles in the management of your financial affairs. There is no great mystery involved in becoming more prosperous. People have been doing it for thousands of years. The secret is to simply realize that all "success principles" are actually "spiritual principles," regardless of what we call them. When we consciously recognize the activity of Spirit in practical endeavors, we are empowered to produce even greater results in our lives. The emphasis of this class will be on utilizing practical means, based on spiritual principles, to produce a more financially prosperous experience of life.

The specific intentions of the class are to:

Develop a greater awareness of God as the source of your Financial Freedom.
Develop a greater personal understanding of the Principles of Financial Freedom.
Develop a greater awareness of your current attitudes and beliefs about money in your life.
Develop new attitudes and beliefs about money that are in alignment with the Principles of Universal Truth.

Based upon her 12 lessons, this class presents her ideas, encouraging your independent thinking and spiritual growth. It also delineates and defines the method of Jesus the Christ. With no right or wrong answers, your work will require you to find and evaluate your own answers in light of your own spiritual awareness and maturity.

THE MIND BODY CONNECTION
