Directions from I-5 Northbound:
Take the 145th St Exit. Go East.
Turn left on Bothell Way (which is Lake City Way up to 145th St.)
Stay on Bothell Way into downtown Bothell. Follow the sign for Main
Street.
Continue straight as Bothell Way turns into Main Street. You will pass
Baskin Robbins on your right when Bothell Way becomes Main Street.
Turn
right onto 102nd Ave. NE (2nd four-way stop). Cross over the bridge and
go all the way down to the stop light where 102nd meets Riverside Drive.
The Northshore Health and Wellness Center is on the left hand corner of
the intersection (Northeast Corner). Turn left onto Riverside Drive and
our entrance is the first drive on the left.
Directions from I-405 Northbound:
Take Exit 23 and stay to the left (Bothell/Seattle exit). Follow it into
Bothell and bear right at the first stoplight and go up the hill. This
is Kaysner Way, although it is not marked. You will see signs for the
Senior Center before you proceed up the hill.
Go to the first stop sign and turn left on Main St. Go to the next stop
sign and turn left on 102nd Ave NE. Cross over the bridge and go
all the way down to the stop light where 102nd meets Riverside Drive.

Take Exit 23 Bothell/Seattle, which turns into SR-522 and follow it into downtown Bothell. Bear right at
the first stoplight and go up the hill. This is Kaysner Way, although it
